How to change light blub behind the speedometer

0 - 35 mile stay dark when i turn the light on

i looked how can i get to behind the speedo

but  :(

any 1 can help me how can i change complete blub
b'use if u dnt change all of them the older blub stay dark
and new 1 look bright

and that s funny

There is probably a how to...but its pretty straight forward and easy mate...

Remove steering wheel cowling to get access to the screw holding the bottom of the speedo unit, pop out the centre air vents to reveal the screw to the left of the speedo unit...can pull out the speedo unit now...

but how to remove the air vents

are they easy to break if dont get them out right?

No need to remove steering column housing just drop steering wheel down & u will see top screw - see howto http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1192573381

Then can just ease dash out and towards nearside - can then reach all bulbs.

Approx 10 mins to do!

vents are easy to prise gently out with a flat head screwdriver...I'm assuming the comment about dropping the steering wheel down assumes the Omega has a height adjustable steering wheel??? Which a lot dont... :)

main is height adjustable steering

i was thinking it s a good time to change the color of the blub

but most of the time orginla stuff look better in car

have u seen any1 change the blub color and look good i mean with ur

eyes ?lol there is a lot of pic online but the reality is different
