think the heater matrix is blocked....

top pipe into the matrix, very hot (too hot to hold)

bottom pipe cold/luke warm.

(on the V6)

TB removed the vac hose on the HBV as a test, made no difference.

The other vacs i should check are?  :-/

With vac pipe off the HBV you should get heat

Also try sucking on the pipe that goes to the hbv and then see if you get heat - or if you can constantly suck, there may be a vacc leak in the cabin not letting the heat in..

No you daftie.... suck on the vac pipe that usually goes on top of the HBV  :D

take both pipes off and flush both ways with hose pipe bud did mine last week lovly warm heater again !! do it a good few times till water runs clear !!  :y
