i lost coolant!!!

hy
- i have omega 2,2 dth
-when i rulls 600-800km i lost coolant 200-300 ml
-and also i change the termostat 4 weks ago...and my temp is very high..90-95c..
question is>..
...is the COOLANT PUMP the problem???
