Code 19 is your crankshaft sensor about to fail..
Did you do the test with the engine running????

So, if I'm correct that will be normal then as the engine isn't running? Any idea what might cause high co emmissions?

You need to replace your crankshaft sensor......
And i think it will effect your emmissions as the ecu is not recieving correct info regarding the engines rpm ;)IMHO

I had the emissions light come on a few weeks ago and one of the codes logged was the crank sensor, changed it (along with the cam sensor and MAF) now sorted,  brill. Apparently the crank sensor will leave you dead if it totally fails so change it asap.
