First unscrew screws in gloves compartment, you will se the holes on the upper side in front of compartment to relies airbag cower. Do not pull it up to much. Than you must put apart the right ventilation you will see the screws beside look around be gentle that you do not break anything.
When ventilation is down you must unscrew the upper screw of the cower it’s on the side where went was (door is open). This is very long screw and when this screw is out you should be able to remove airbag cower. Once again be gentle with this so you don’t break anything all of this should be going down smoothly don’t pull to match. If you are planning to remove airbag be sure to REMOWE YOUR BATTERY.
Hope this is some help.

You don't need to completely remove it. Just undo the screw/bolts at the front (can't remember) & lift it slightly.

Three torx head screws, visible from below when glove box lid open.
