Heating control pipes
« on: 23 March 2008, 21:40:00 »

I think i got this right, but might have been luck more than judgement.

I found a loose rubber pipe behind the stereo last week, and whilst investigating the source (thanks to this forum!) found that in the end 3 of the 4 pipes were floating around.  The only one still connected was the blue one (whatever that one does!).  I now know that the yellow/beige one is the vac feed from the servo pipe, but does anyone know what the order actually is out of:
Blue
Green
Yellow/Beige
Brown

As I said, the blue one was the only one still attached (I guess the vac leak won't help my stalling issue!), so can easily work clockwise/anti from that.  I reckon I got it right in the end, as the face and floor vents turned on and off as requested - but quickly assembled it all again without taking any photos!

Sore point....my ebay haynes manual hasn't arrived yet..and can't get hold of the seller either >:(

I refuse, out of principle, to pay Halfords a small mortgage for one...and for some reason none in the local charity shops (but plenty of Carlton manuals...!)
