wheel sizes
« on: 26 March 2008, 22:45:27 »

after finding a couple of lumps today on the inside of one of my rear tyres i,m having a pair of 245x50x16s fitted,
as i,m spending on these my plan of going bigger is on hold at the moment,
but what i want to know is, is the offset of pre-facelift elite wheels any different to my cdx ones?
to me, elite wheels seem to sit further out in the arches,

anyone know :question

I don´t know if this helps you but on my omega I have the original opel wheels so there is offset 38.

thanks guys,

my 99 cdx alloys are et39, so there,s not enough difference to notice,
it must just be an optical illusion,
after its lowered i might try some small spacers if theres room,
but the new 245s are massive.....
