The codes you have listed can't be correct for a 2.0 litre, they should begin with ten flashes (i.e a zero).  Do the paperclip test and flash the codes then post your results again.

Count 10 flashes of the EML as a 0.  Here's an example...

...If it has 10 flashes, pause, 3 flashes, pause, 4 flashes, pause, 10 flashes pause - the code would be 0340 (camshaft sensor).

Don't buy a post 2001 Volvo and certainly not a T4 or T5, as that is what the wife has got and we are going to be stung £400+ for road tax.

I think this list is the appropriate one for your ECU:

  Siemens Simtec 56.0/56.1 Code Chart:

Code: Item: Fault:

12 Initiation of diagnosis. n/a
13 Oxygen sensor Open circuit
14 Coolant temperature sensor Voltage low
15 Coolant temperature sensor Voltage high
16 Knock sensor signal circuit No change in voltage
19 Incorrect Revs per Minute (RPM) signal (crankshaft sensor) Incorrect signal, check sensor
21 Throttle position sensor (TPS) Voltage high
22 Throttle position sensor (TPS) Voltage low
23 Knock control module signal Out of range
24 Vehicle speed signal (VSS) No signal

Apologies - obviously a different ECU to mine.  I'd try a new air flow meter.  Get it out the scrappys though.  Mighty expensive from vauxhall.  Are you getting poor idle?

As 'Marks DTM Calib' said, it would help if 'Polti' could give us
a vague inkling of symptoms he is experiencing.

Off the top of my head, looking blind at that list of codes,
I would tend to start with the camshaft sensor, as if that is
faulty, it can cause spurious other codes to pop up when it
confuses the ECU's AND/OR gates.

Lol....check the inlet for air leaks.....particulalrly the rubber pipe that connects to the throttle body where it goes through a 90 deg bend.
