ar 25 to ar 35 on a turbo diesel whats the time frame for this job laying under the car anyone any idea? could use a ramp but have done me shoulder in and cant lift me arm above shoulder height without it screaming at me :( seems better when laid on the floor so going to do this from under the car!! less pain that way!!!

I assume you'll use the ramp to give yourself a bit more room?? Sorry to hear about your back!

To take the gearbox off if you know what your doing about 1hr if you dont about 2.

i am not sure you have to replace any bits between the gearboxes

you need 2 pairs of hands todo these auto boxes as they are heavy

Silly arse!  Both for doing your shoulder in, and for chipping a tractor with ar25 ;D

I reckon someone like yourself, 4hrs.  You will need extra hands though.  Whipping intake off and starter motor out will probably make it easier if you're not using ramp.

well then lets see how we get on am in two minds whether to do it tomorrow or let the shoulder rest tomorrow and do it the day after but i just know that when ever i decide to doi it, its gonna cause me end amounts of pain!!! ooh thats just reminded me new post coming up which may interest td owners ref fuel pump in tank :y
