Fault code 93

Hi i have 145,144, 93 and 19, but what is 93?
i have a bad misfire at 3000 rpm the oil cooler has gone and
the exhaust is blowing. its a 3.0 V6 elite estate 96, any advise would but great.

well i cant smell any petrol,  could it be air getting in to the fuel system?
is there a common problem?

Correct, which is the old terminology for a cam sensor (the hall sensor used to be in the dizzies)
