Hi all

Has some of you know, i have recently replaced cam belt.  now I have eml on. done paperclip test andf have 21; 73; 71; 17 & 57.  i cant think what could have happened, any ideas greatly appreciated.  I did paperclip test before work and no codes.  just hope i aint f@@ked it. :'(

just to add I know what the codes mean, just wondered if i had done something simple that can be remedied. :exclamation

Have you put the 2 plugs back on the bagpipe system??
Also make sure you haven't caught the cam sensor wire in the cambelt cover.

managed to repair knock sensor wire, still had eml up. took the car for a quick run and eml turned off and not come back on since.  eml bulb works, just wondered was it taking the car out for a drive which may have reset all the sensor levels, or am i just very lucky that it has cleared. :o

Once the problem is "fixed" the eml light will go out  .. so looks like your repairs have worked ...... only you know how good they are and how reliable they might be .....  I'd be thinking about a new knock sensor in the long term .....  :(

but then I'm a coward ....  :)
