hi noticed that u can buy aircon gas from halfords now just wondering if it is easy to re gas ur system ur self and if so where do u connect the bottle of gas? i know my aircon haznt got a leak it just needs renewing as its not as cold as i would like!

Wouldn,t waste your money..go to a proper air con engineer,get the old contents removed under vacuum and then the correct amount of gas and oil replaced .Cost you about £60=00 but you will notice the difference and will be cool again,and know it is good for another 2+ years.

Personally, I would go the quick fit route.  If they cannot get your system to be X percent cooler after refill, it costs you nowt.....
