i have i problem car is not steering very well not cornering very well alot of road roll and pulling to the left feels like its the rear passenger wheel im sure it is but everything looks ok and from what i can see is all tight with no play...but a few weeks ago  i jacked the car up and bent the sub frame plate the one with the three bolts in with the big bolt though the rear sub frame bush..took the plate off and sorted this but do u think this could be the cause of the problem....nick

Sounds a bit like mine .
I've just taken delivery of KYB Gas-a-just rear shocks (£50 a pair) and am witing for Lesjofors springs (£66 a pair).
Gonna do the fronts when I can be sure of getting the camber set properly within a day or so.
Mine has a towbar fitted and I suspect it's done a fair bit of work before I bought it with 96k on the clock.
Mine just feels soft and boatish with a fair amount of body roll at the moment.

The name W.I.M (Wheels In Motion) pops up quite often when anyone here asks that question.

http://www.wheels-inmotion.co.uk/

Not sure whether local to you, but if it's not stupid miles, they definately know their Omegas.

I had mine done at an accident repair centre that had 4 wheel allignment facility. I paid about £50 last december

Also most race/rally preparation specialists usually have the equipment.
