Is the rest of the car locked or unlocked  ??

If unlocked you can drop the rear passenger side seat, reach through, there is a little t-handle in the boot lid to pull to over-ride the electric system.

If the whole car is locked ..... I dunno .. :(... only thing I can think of is to break a rear side window ..replacement from a scrappy might be cheaper than a locksmith ....  :(

If you've got some time on your hands, take your car pass to the dealer and they can order a new key.

My wife recently locked the car by pushing the rear door button down and slamming the door shut with keys still in ignition!!

I gently opened the door with a screw driver at the top just enough to insert a metal coathanger that I had bent over an inch and used this to spring the lock it took me 5 minutes top! Not sure if this works on the facelift though.

And I'm not even from Liverpool!

Try hacking into the wiring loom between the front wing and drivers door.  you should be able to work carefully to find the wires that control the central locking servos - apply 12v to the correct leads and doors open.  i think someone else on here did this so may have a better idea than me
