Display on my omega shows 7 safe but does not give me any option to enter the code which i have, car was stood for three months and the battery went flat. Has anyone got any suggestions please.

Probably in a wait state (ign has to be on, switching off ign will revert radio lockout timer), with 7 goes left.

It won't let you enter the code via normal startup. Presuming you have correct code.....

Turn on ignition to II
Switch off Radio
Hold AS and switch on radio
After several seconds it will beep allowing you to enter the correct code.
....Use the panel numbered buttons on the front.
Then hold AS again to confirm.
Second bleep and Bingo, choons again. :y

Thankyou all for your replies but still having problems the make is a ccr600 with a blaupant (sorry about typo) 6 changer cd, i have the correct code for both cd and radio but neither are working.
