Dead Fuel Pump?

Went to jump in the Mig earlier, and for the first time ever it didn't start.  Just had a prod and a poke and looks like the fuel pump has suddenly failed..the lack of pressure in the fuel rail pretty much confirmed that.
Voltage out of the FP relay and through the fuse, for some starnge reason tried a voltage reading at the plug (disconnected from the pump) and only got 5v - plus the EML light going mad. Ys, it was the Fp contacts, not the gauge ones..

Any tips/tricks? - and anyone know where you can get a pump on a Saturday afternoon? Are the internals generic enough to use something else?  Might be able to get hold of a Range Rover internal pump - but thats about it!

Battery now gone flat, so charging up....

Delay my last...looks like its an immobiliser/alarm fault.  
12V applied directly to the pump and it works!
Any idea where they're hidden??

check the accident cut of switch this will give the same simption

Immobiliser on early Omegas is behind the main glove box...

Whereabouts does it hide?  Can't see it on the wiring diagram - or is just a signal from the Airbag ECU instead?

Well, its working again!  In finding the original immobiliser (Cheers, Chris), I also found the alarm wiring spliced into the Omega loom - and lo behold - 2 of its wires interrupt the fuel pump wire.  Bridged it out and all is well.

Now to try and make some more headway on the LPG inbetween the showers...
