ABS ECU Plug

Can the plug for the abs ecu be removed in situ??

If so any clips etc I need to watch for??

seem to remember reading something about a purple clip being a bit of a pig. has to slide out fully or something. worth a search :y

Pink plug clip slides out towards wing - right out and plug then just lifts off.  Careful you dont break it - mine was tight - i used a knife blade inserted between actual clip and ABS ECU to get it moving.  A squirt of WD40 helps!

It is a self extracting plug, so once the clip is all the way out the plug should fall off the socket.

A more stupid PITA fiddly clip I have yet to try and extract in situ  >:(
