Omega 2001 Central Locking
« on: 15 July 2008, 20:15:34 »

My passenger side central locking motor has stopped working.

I have seen a front door central locking motor on ebay of a 1998 Omega - it looks the same and has the same part number.

Are they the same and will it fit ?

If there's a glimmer of movement you may not need to replace the motor. You might just need to lubricate all the linkages.

How stiff is the locking tab when you pull it up and down. If very stiff that's why the motor can't move it.
