Fault codes 19 and 135

I have just carried out a paperclip test on my car and it displayed the following fault codes 19 and 135.

I have read up on the fault codes listed in the paperclip test section of the maintenance guides and it states code 19 is incorrect RPM signal.
could this be something i did when i cleaned out my breathers and AICV last weekend?

It states code 135 is a telltale code, low voltage.  What does this mean?

I am off on holiday tomorrow and would like to get this sorted before i go if possible.

crank sensor on its way out, change it asap especially if you are going on holiday in it

Absolutely.

Your Omega will choose to excercise Sods Law when your away and will simply not start - but will crank...

Easy job to do and if you can at least take a spare crank sensor with you. I see to recal a certain member being stuck in France after such a failure  :-X

Thanks very much for the reply guys, havent got time to replace before journey tomorrow but will pick one up to take with me and replace when we arrive.  The car hasn't been starting very well for the last 6 months or so, so this would probably explain that too.  Seems pretty straight forward to do.

if you have been having starting problems for six months, i would change the sensor before you go or you may not get there.  dont mean that in a rude way, just from personal experience driving a car has big as these at speeds, they just turn into a flying brick.

Got to agree - must be 100s of crank sensor stories on the forum starting with "why didn't I just change it before I left".

Mine failed at 100mph just outside Dijon.  Naturally, PAS goes, and does the brake servo very quickly - no problem, just remember as you coast to a halt, more strength required!
