3.0 Omega cams are A and G cams...what are the E and F cams out of?? and are they the same?

E & F are from 2.5xe i think - and you can put the 3.0 inlet in a 2.5 to give more lift and therefore more power (as fitted to Vectra Gsi 2.5v6@190bhp)

Can't remember which is which but if MDTM reads this i know he knows ::)

read a post on subject before but can't find it :-/

And on the X25XE unlike the C25XE (cav and calibra) you need to swap both inlet and exhaust cams!

been searching TIS but it ain't on there it's on the V6 engine manual (which i haven't got ::))
