Rear Shocks
« on: 09 September 2008, 19:07:21 »

hi guys, just after a bit of advice regarding rear shocks. I need to change them on a '99 2.5TD which i think you all affectionately refer to as 'the tractor'!  ;D
I understand many of you fit Bilsteins instead of the OEM ones. Is this wise?
Which would prove the cheaper? Vaux or Bilstein? And where should i source them from? What part number are they?

thanks for any input guys!

Ouch!  You should have borrowed my Trade Club card, and got them from Bridge for £64.88 + VAT each

Good point - add approx 2% to that price, so around £66 + VAT
