Inlet Gaskets

When changing the Rocker cover gaskets will i have to also change the inlet gaskets the ones that look like a oval

usually the orange ones are ok, so only replace if damaged or gone hard

I've done more than I can count, and only ever had to change an inlet seal once... chances are you'll be fine.
