Dodgy relay at first thought. Easy enough to replace and cheap to not have an impact if it's not the problem. Can't remember which relay it is though, but handbook will tell you.

To do: Replace brake discs and pads; adjust already replaced shoes; check for leaks in oil cooler, cambelt area, crank seals, sump, dipstick; replace osf door; replace a tyre; clean, MOT.

If you have had the car standing for a while then the connections to the bulb connections may have got corroded. Have alook at these first both front and back see what what they are like, clean them up with some emery loth and try again.

Sounds like a relay problem. The parking lights are coming on because the ECU thinks the indicator is on.

It's the big black relay in the middle of the relays under the steering wheel. Should be able to pick up a replacement 3 pin flasher relay most places.
