I like it - a central place to purchase your OOF merchandise.

Whilst it would be good to be able to pay via paypal, I cannot see too much of a problem with accepting cheques only, apart from the relative slowness of this method.

This has reminded me - apologies if the answer to this has already been posted up elsewhere - what happened about the OOF fleeces?

Why dont we get in touch with reputable Vauxhall parts dealers and insurance companys and even Halfords to see if we can get a group discount. Im sure with almost 2000 members they could sort something out ;)

And if he didn't......I would.

I have always liked the idea of public hangings.....you could do them after football matches etc because it would reduce crowd trouble.

i.e. If your team have lost, at least you would have a good hanging to look forward to.

You could also have a raffle to see who gets to 'pull the lever' and perhaps give out some sort of trophy to.

Or public stonings, it allows greater audience participation.

Public stonings - now there's a thought.  A good way of reducing crime overnight.

No. No. No. No...

Come on! Who threw that? Who threw that stone? Come on.
She did! She did! He did! He! He. He. Him. Him. Him. Him. He did.

Bring it back!

I think its a good idea to have everything centralised,

I personaly, as living abroad would prefer using paypal, otherwise it would be to expensive, and as cheques

are extinct here,  means that i would miss out.  :'(

How about having some stock items e.g. as follows

1. door repair kits inc a printed version of "how to" £5 inc postage (in Uk).

2. Breather cleaning kits (O rings and printed "how to") . say £5

There may be some others that crop up regularly as questions from Newbies.

I think most people wouldn't mind paying a premium of £2 or even more for the security of knowing that what they are getting is actually the item for the job and no endless trips to the local VX dealer to try and explain what you actually need and waiting for it to arrive.

PS my breathers need doing again soon so put me down for the first one!!
