Torque Settings

Hi can anyone tell me wot the torque should be for the inlet to manifold on the V6. Iv just changed the rocker cover gaskets and will be putting it back together 2moro. Also the plenum torque too, im ok with the rockers at 8nm just the others ta. :-? :-/

20 NM for inlet manifold

settings are listed in the Haynes book of lies and in maintenance section under V6 Torque Values.
