How hard can it be

Need to change exhaust manifold gasket on near side allso noticed a stud broken off flush with manifold .Haynes says remove engine or head is this right just what is it that stops it to come off and how long a job hope someone can help thanks

Yes it can be one....worst case is you have to remove the engine mounts hilst supporting the lump so you cna shift it over to the drivers side by an inch.

Its actulay quicker than the drivers side to do.

The broken stud might be a challenge though!
