Sorry to hijack, but I did start my own thread on this same subject earlier this morning, but then when I saw yours it seemed daft to have to apparently identical questions running consecutively. I have deleted my own thread and now am posting here.
I hope you don't mind Susan.

Having just managed to fix my driver's door window that stopped working I have reassembled my door card etc.
Now for the 1st time my red air-bag warning light is on all the time. I have checked the fault codes and with the exception of the 0170 and 0173 which I am aware of and relate to fuel trim (Kevin Wood and I are working on those this weekend) I have a new code: 0650.
I have looked 0650 up here...
http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1220619694...and found this, which doesn't give me much to go on really.
P0650 Malfunction Indicator (MI) Control Circuit High Instrument
P0650 Malfunction Indicator (MI) Control Circuit Low Instrument
P0650 Malfunction Indicator (MI) Control Circuit Open InstrumentIs there any way of telling which, of the multitude of air-bags the car has, is causing the problem or can a Tech2 find this sort of detail out?
I know that recent history tells me that it is most likely to be the air-bag in the bottom of the driver's door, but the light wasn't coming on until after the door was reassembled. The warning light never came on until the 2nd time I drove the car after fixing the window so I can't aford to assume it is that one.
Confucious say "assumption = the mother of all f*ck-ups"
I'm also nervous about going anywhere near any air-bag connections in case I set something off.
Any advice appreciated.
