ABS and miss fire
« on: 03 November 2008, 10:02:53 »

firstly, I gather the plastic tube thingy (which I appear to have snapped on the plug at the wheel end with some tyre thread) that plugs in near the rear chassis rail is to to with traction an abs? Couldnt really see where it goes on the wheel end though.

Also do the V6's get a bit upset about water? getting a bit of an intermittant miss through the rev range on easy throttle and it was pretty wet on saturday!

Cheers  :y

Miss got worse last night and caused engine light to flash! (I gather that means aahhhh! aaahhh! ?!)

Pulled over and switched off for a few mins and she went back to 'normal'

Good call (still getting used to electronic diagnostic!)

0300, 0304/6/2/5 amongst a few

Are the coil packs suseptable to going? Or the plugs? Or possibly water getting in there?

2108 threw up meaning it was an ABS thingy that got fubared it would seem ::)
