heater vents problem

i have a 1998 2.5 v6 omega and the heater vents have stopped working except the one for the windscreen. anyone tell me whats wrong?. HELP WINTERS HERE AND I'M FROM SCOTLAND BRRR :(

I think if you press Auto and Off together for 10 seconds it resets the air con system i belive .....if its fitted in yours  :y

vent re set is worth a go. Just to add, if you have trouble getting it to work, my face lift only resets with the ignition in position 2, engine off. Cant remember if my pre face lift was the same.
Also seem to remember the vac pipe from top of hbv is important to heater system. Worth a check?

Direction control is vac operated so sudgests a vac issue......check and double check the pipes under the bonnet.
