Hi can anyone tell me what parts to take off a 1998 2.5V6 CD Auto. Before it goes to that big motorway in the sky.  I have a 1995 2.5 CDX so was hoping that most of the sensors etc will fit.  I am not keeping the gearbox or engine(7500 from new on the clock) even though they were smooth running before I took it off the road.

If it was me I would take as much as I could out including engine, gearbox and sensors as long as you have the room, it may well save you quite a bit of cash in the future.

But thats just me.

sensors will be all different shape plugs from a 98 to a 95 !

Yep me too. As much as i could, except of course if the interior is a different colour etc. Try to store the bits in a dry place, i've seen my mates bits store & i wouldn't want any of it on my car, covered in white mould & gunk

Thanks for all the info.  Unfortunately and a shame as said even though engine a utobox in great condition no where to keep them, even asked on here if anybody wanted to remove them and take them for nothing with no replies so running gear, engine, box going with body.

Parts that I have taken off so far are stored in the attic in boxes.
