Ive just been trying to change me oil....some thingy done up the sump bolt Wayyyyy to tight and i cant get it off GRRRRRRR any tips :/

anyways, i found this random connector with only 1 wire in it, in the bay fuse box . . .

that connector might be for the headlight washers..might be worth asking such as markey mark who are most likely to know...

to get that sump plug out, get the correct size socket then get a solid bar rather than your wrench to put on the socket (so you dont break the rachet in it) and hit the end of the bar with a lump hammer (worked for me getting head bolts out

Ive tried wacking my ratchet with a hammer but that didnt work
The problem i have is my torx sockets are all 1/4" (i think) drive. I have a solid bar but thats 1/2" drive and i cant find any adaptors anywhere.

I had the same problem with mine but with the extra hassle of the torx being rounded off, I use mole grips now on the outside of the sump plug, must get around to changing it

I had the same problem with mine but with the extra hassle of the torx being rounded off, I use mole grips now on the outside of the sump plug, must get around to changing it
 

lol it's ok till the outside becomes rounded off too!
at work we sometime have the grind nuts to make them a true hexagon again (when people use the wrong size spanners)

It can't get any rounder as it is made round

Could you suck the oil up the oil-filler tube in the interim?  You'll get 95% of the oil out.
