hi all can anyone tell me where I can find the heat exchange plate on a 2.5 v6 Omega Elite please  :)

under the plenum ... in the middle of the 'V'  :y

If that is leaking then it will be one hell of a leak....if its the block to plate seal it will be a much slower leak
