What on earth is going wrong here?
Fault codes:
PO1120 TPS circuit one voltage low
P1120 Accel pedal position sensor one low input
1550 Electric throttle control reduced power
PO340 camshaft position sensor no signal
P1405 egr feedback voltage low
PO170 mixture rich
PO1110 intake air temp signal voltage high
PO100 maf sensor circuit voltage low input

I think the code numbers are correct, it's difficult to read as it got rained on!

Any work done recently?

Clear the codes with a reading device - take it for a run - see what returns...

What i meant to say was that the piece of paper with the fault codes on it got rained on, the ink has run so it's difficult to read
 I'll elaborate on the situation so far regarding parts replacement.
 Car started running bad, no eml lit up. Oil in plug wells. Fiited new cam cover gasket, cleaned breathers even though they were done only 4 months ago and were still clean. Fitted 4 new spark plugs. Car still ran bad. Replaced coil pack thinking the oil may have damaged it. Car still ran bad. Eml light came on. Took car to garage diagnosed as lambda sensor, even though it was fairly new, fitted new one, car still ran bad, eml light still on. Connected to diagnostics again, this time diagnosed as egr valve, replaced it, no difference. Diagnostics now says fuel pressure modulator faulty, cleared fault then drove car eml light off but car still ran very bad. Garage had car 2 weeks after this and couldn't find a problem, eml light still off. Brought car back to my workplace and chatted to Vauxhall fitter who recommended I change fuel filter. Did that, no difference. He then said the fuel line from the tank to the filter has a habit of splitting reducing fuel pressure, replaced that, no difference. Limped car home and eml light came on. Took car to a different garage, diagnostics said cam sensor. Replaced that, no difference. This garage gave me the fault codes listed in my previous post and they now suggest a faulty ecu.
 I'm tearing my hair out, was sent a new maf sensor today on approval, fitted it, no diffference. I think we should get rid of cars and go back to horses.....much less trouble!

my second omega was like this, only happened when it was left for a few days without being used, i found a good old thrash and bringing it up to temp sorted it, til of course the next time it sat for a while..

not much help eh?

if you open the boot take out the carpet and assuming the car idles, listen to the fuel pump, if it makes a constand whirring noise then thats ok, if it sounds like its sucking on sour milk with lumps then it could be iffy.

just a check that wont cost you anything

Interesting...as per a certain other car on here.....have a good look at the 0V connection on the inlet manifold.

Forgive my ignorance Mark, but what is the OV connection on the inlet manifold  :-?
 Fuel pump appears ok mate, just a quiet humming sound. Already had the boot floor hatch open to change the fuel pipes. Ta anyway.

Yes....but you can check fuel pressure at the fuel rail.....

The 0V connection....often incorrectly described as the earth

Wanted to check the fuel pressure but nobody seems to have a gauge I can borrow, I will ring up a  few more buddies tomorrow, somebody must have one!

Only earths don't exist on cars, so its actually a 0v as mdtm says - but if earths work for you

badger says car runs bad. Does that mean low power? or rough idle?
my omega x20xev suffer low power also, locale garage pointed out EGR valve as cause. Cant see anything wrong with EGR valve, but don't know the expected voltage values for the electronic device mounted on top of it anyway, tried to measure it at idle.. engine light came on, and measuring tool displayed 0.1V ...
could this also be worth checking out badger?

Hi Shagma, fitted a new egr valve and it made no difference, it was 'on approval' so it cost me nowt to try it. I'm leaving the car with the vauxhall dealer for a couple of days, they are going to give it a good looking it ....at mates rates of course

Badger, did you exchange the EGR as a complete assembly, including the wiring connection, or only the mechanical part of it..?
