Auto Gear Box oil Change

Hi Guys

I need change the gear box oil as i keep getting a few judders now and again, i have got the guide can you tell me how much oil i need to buy to do a full change

From dry Haynes states 8.4 litres approx

Don't quite know what you mean but I have used a number of methods to get the oil in the level check hole on the drivers side of the gearbox. I have yet to buy a bottle of DEX111 oil with a filler tube included.

One uses about a metre length of 1/4 inch clear plastic tube with a funnel in the top. Thread it OVER the exhaust and up through the engine compartment. Helper pours in while you hoild it clear of the exhaust and in the hole. It wastes a bit of oil when you pull it out but you already know the job is a bit messy. Others have used Hozelock sprayers to good effect. Hope that helps.
