i thought it was around 300/320ish?
thats assuming 200 for labour and 100-120 for the timing belt kit (and alot of us can get them cheaper than that :P )

the dvd basically misses out the pauses thinking what bit to take off/put back next :P

basically Vx quote for a sensible amount of time to do the job (it's possible to do the timing belt in maybe an hour if you work rather fast) but it's worth taking your time and doing it right  :y

I assume it also cuts out 'ping-oppsit' moments and first-aid segments :y

You must be referring to the 4 pot DVD.  The one for the V6 lasts an hour and is still heavily edited.  :y

4 pot one (although dark, and needs commentry added) covers the bits - 4 pot one is nice and quick :y

Bits missed out is first time you do it, you may have to take the belt on and off a couple of times as it'll be a tooth out

I think we could do with a 4 pot one editted to the same standard as the V6 one if you fancy it next time the Nottingham Superhero does a 4pot one ::)
