Not sure if Im doing it or someone helping me but anyway need to get the parts am I right in thinking all i need is (for a 2.0);
Parts
Cambelt + Tensioners (or all in 1 kit)
Water pump + Rubber Ring
Loctite (which one?)
Coolant
Tools
Spanners/Socket set
Screw Drivers
Do I need anything else? I did remember a while back someone at the garage said about a torque wrench and/or torx set? Also lastly is it worth doing the aux belt + tent. at same time?
you need two idlers unless your buying the kit...
torx sockets are a good idea for the crank pulley (the outer one that drives the aux belt) which'll be 4 torx bolts
you need a set of allen keys or just the 5 and 6 mm ones (im not sure which size it is)
and i dont know where you need any loctite to change the timing belt from when i did mine lol
and yes it's worth changing the aux drivebelt while you've got it off and might be worth greasing the tensioner on the aux belt too
i have to admit i miss working on the 4 pot because its a piece of pi$$ tbh lol
