« on: 21 January 2009, 16:38:15 »

Well just been for the MOT and it has passed first time wooooooo, but the tester has informed me that my diff is whining and needs replacing. IS there anyway of repairing it first, and if not how easy is it to get hold of an LSD as really want one!  [smiley=cheesy.gif]

LSDs are very rare....

The diffs rarely fail, can you hear the wine inside the car?

What's the input bearing of the diff feel like? I had play in my Senator's prop/diff and the nut loading up the bearing was loose. Nipping up the nut to load the bearing seemed to sort mine out.
