Fubar'd micro switches within the door mechanism???? I've never looked on the Omega (even though I've removed it all when I replaced the window :-?), but the lock setup doesn't appear to be disimilar to the Senator. That had 2 microswitches that operated the central locking, dadlocking & window closure...... just a guess.
I'd be looking somewhere around the door lock mechanism though.
