heater problem or something else???

on my 2.6 v6 auto none of the following are working heater,air con and fan blowers,the climate controls on the dashboard all light up and look ok.any help to solve the problem would be greatfully recieved.

daft question, but have you checked the fuses?

yes, checked fuses they are ok,a friend suggested it might be the relay but apart from that im at a loss
