I gather "yes", but need to reuse your TD bellhousing and torque converter.

yup its just the job, but as phil says change the bellhousing & use your t/c, when changing bellhousing you might find it useful to have the g/box "nose up" so when you take it off the oil pump dont try & follow it, i propped mine up on an old tyre ;), i suppose itll be a chip next :y :y :y

Ah yes - if anyone knows about TD gearboxes, it's Tim...you must have got the change down to an hour or so in the end?

cheers phil ;D yes i can do it blindfolded now, & i trust you are basing that time including the 15 min teabreak ;D ;D, itll be coming out again once i find another bellhousing & t/c as the last time the bellhousing got a lump out of it & the t/c got a bit damaged on the g/box end, all due to the oilpump shattering :'( :'( ,its running o,k but im being fussy ;)
