A punter in latest ABS mag's 2.5 with 3.0 cams was much stronger than a lot of 3.0's on rolling rd 215bhp 225lb ft.
It must of had more work done than a set of cams ::)

Enlarged throttle body - Only performance gain will have been achieved by lightening his wallet!
Modified ex manifold - Good improement available if well done
Rechip - Should free a few ponies up.

............it was a Courtney CS3 but with Markey Marks 3 litre Cams rather than theirs and a custom exhaust from Longlife

I'm thoroughly enjoying it!

Will be doing a manual converstion with Stuart from ABS soon too.

Hi Martin (nice to see you on ABS too)

Copes fine. It'll never be sharp like a manual but there's plenty under my right foot if I need it. Fuel consumption no different either (had been expecting it to get worse)

Can't comment about what it does towing as I don't tow.

Wouldn't you need the 3.2 cams for a 2.6 or is that completely irrelevant? (Anyone?)

..........Look at the Courtenay site under V6 Tuning. They make an enlarged divider.............
