cumbernauld tesco employ those little hitler types to patrol the car park and give out fixed penalty fines to folk who are not square in a box  some poor folk are getting tickets for having a rear wheel on a line  --really my point is why can the tesco delivery vans who have there own compound  be able to park across a 4 box grid ---- maybe not one of there "finest" drivers

there probably trying to recoup the money i battered out of them and take their anger out on the fact they have had a written warning from the food hygene agency regarding the out of date cheese they tried to sell me..... ....very same store

I think I've been to the shopping centre in Cumbernauld, isn't it the one that has a bridge across the road?

Enforcable through civil courts.  You cannot wheelclamp in Scotland.  Its classed as 'extortion' and unlawfull...

If they made the bloody parking bays wide enough in the first place you wouldn't have to park across lines etc. It would also prevent getting ding's in your doors. but it's just down to greed more car spaces = more customers
