Washing heated seats

Just got myself an all singing and dancing Vax carpet washer with the upholstery attachment ...... so is it wise to use it to wash my heated seats ( non leather ).....i wouldnt be stupid enough to soak them but should i just stick to the normal hoover  :y

Tried one of them on upholstery :P Steam cleaning is far superior :y

I would think you'll be OK as long as you don't soak the seat. Our Hoover wet and dry vacuum just gives a fine spray that wouldn't really wet as seat too much.
My Dad had a good result with their Vax on his old Granada seats.
I read a car mag years back where they compared the effectiveness of car valet stuff against cost etc. A bar of Vanish soap came out the best and costs bu66er all to buy!  :o
