I have a 99 motor. Noticed today there is a third display screen just below the clock display. Never seen anything in it. is it not working or would it be for something I don't use? carphone maybe?

If you have a CCRT radio it will be a GID screen, think it supports phone functions in lower half

chuck a sim card in radio, then you'll get signal, sms etc there
