Hi mate, im an lpg convertor, but im in the northwest.

It sounds like there is an airleak on your inlet manifold and its the gas and air ratio is all to cock.

Just lift your bonnet and check all the hoses to the gas injectors are all ok and run your engine switch it to gas and listen to see if there is a hissing noise.

Failing that when was your gas filter changed?

Hi mate yeah, it depends up to 2.0litre its £1200 all in that includes your certificate also, and for over 2.0l v6 v8 v12 etc your looking at £1600 average price other people do it cheaper but they are using the old systems which are crap.

it also depends on what size donut you want. ie the gas tank, the above are average prices

There's always the DIY route which many of us have trodden, if you have the skills required. About £700 for a V6.

Errm... Was offering to look at lolhare's car as it's only down the road from me ::) ::) ::)

That said, I am more than willing to lend a hand and advise anyone who wishes to go down the DIY route with the AC Kit a few of us have used and I expect I'm not the only one willing to do so :y :y :y
