2.5TD Intercooler removal

How do I remove the intercooler on my tractor?

remove arch liner and cheisel jubilee clips off cause they will be rusted solid ! iirc theres two or three 13mm nuts hold it to chassis leg  :y

Jubliee clips off (never seen them rust that bad on tractor - normally too much tractor blood floating around ;)) and 2 bolts on opposite corners of it.  If you have intercooler fan, you need to disconnect that as well.

First time, you may find it easier to take bumper off (dead easy).

To get to top hose to undo jubilee, may want to pop the airbox out.


If you want to write a guide when you do it, I'm sure people will find it useful :y

when i upgraded my tractor to put headlight whashers in the bumber came off and you can get to it very easly and the bumper isnt that hard to get off there is a guide on here someware
