It wont take long Dave honestly worth a bash at it yourself, half an hour will see the job done

Loo Knee trust me if I have a go myself it will go pear shaped. I learnt a long long time ago that me and cars dont mix. I had an old Ecort mexico and decided I was going to have a go at changing the oil myself. Got Mum's washing up bowl under the car ( she was sooooooo pleased with me !!! ) undone the nut thing , drained the oil , removed Mums bowl , disgarded oil and washed around with some vim ( didn't work ) then poured my can of Casrtol GTX in , went to check level , thought bloody hell this is a big sump , poured rest of gallon can in , still nothing , then noticed a small , but rapidly increasing amount of fluid on the road , yep , I forgot to put the sump plug back in , so that was the last time I had anything to do with cars , and I have found since then that the " horses for courses " rule of thumb works very well for me . Now give me a van full of stuff to deliver to Russia , no problem , moving a 4 bedroom house , all normally done ( 3 of us ) in about 5 hours , emptying that is . But changing or fixing even the most simple jobs on cars , no thanks , I will as they say " gat a man in " who knows what hes doing. Take care

I too am bottom of the pile when it comes to sorting out cars, but I printed out the above guide and managed to do this job by myself...

Like loo-knee says, there maybe someone in your area kind enough to help you out...

I should add at this point that I am happily married with 3 kids ( I use the word happily in its broadest possible sense )

It is a bit fiddly but take your time and its quite doable. I suspect the bill from a garage would be 5 quid bulbs, 100 quid labour..

Be careful with the release bar though - its a square section bar rather than a round rod.   The round rod is something else best not removed.. (can't off hand remember what)

Scroll to the top of this page, you will see Home, Shop, Help, Search, Members,  click Map User CP, then click Profile (which is in between messages and posts) then click "Edit Profile" put in your password then fill in the gaps

Sure I paid about £17 for the five bulbs..
