More like 6-7 litres if you do both sumps

this is just a top up not a complete change.
All i need is someone to top it up for me as i no longer need the car as moving abroad.

if just topping up I would find a friendly garage with a ramp.  As long as you remind them that the engine should be running and to cycle through the selector you should be fine.
