aye, bloody great black box behind drivers side headlight

unless you mean pollen filter - passenger side scuttle area

Thanks guys - i did mean the air filter - is it easy to replace (i.e. are there many things to undo?)

very easy 4x clips hold the box lid on un clip them and the lid pops off and the filter lives in the box

5 or so spring clips hold the lid in place, lever them off with a screwdriver but watch out for them coming completely off and dissapearing into the engine bay ;)


(perhaps we should write a maintenance guide :D)

Half a dozen spring clips around the edge, careful though, they come off easily & are a bugger to retreive from the various noks & crannies in the wing area. You just wriggle the cover out.  :y

About 6 spring clips round top - 2 minutes!!
