car failed mot !!

  hi all , the car that i have just sorted the head gasket out has failed its mot on the following ! :'( (been stood since october)
1=  offside front anti rollbar linkage
 2= nearside front (rear bush)suspension arm rubber bush
  3= offside front (rear bush~)suspension arm rubber bush

 also it lost all the water over heated , could this be a air lock ?????

  am i right that no1 is the drop links
and no 2 the wish bones ?

mick, i would sort out the overheating problem first mate, you dont want to spend out on wishbones etc if there is a cooling problem just in case its more serious than an airlock ;)

 good point going to put water in after work and run it with heater blower on and cap off for a bit and go from there ,
   good job i have another as i start work T 3 inn the morning  :y
the water came outb the over flow near the resivoiur tank  
 ( dont worry aBOUT THE SPELLING ) ;D    been a long day

There isnt an overflow, its a sealed system.

If your talking about the small pipe on the header tank, its should connect via a rubber tube to the rad.

Wishbones - sutton auto factors....just dont buy there drop links as thye are shiter than Nottingham Forest playing at home against Derby County!

  no prob thanks for the advice ,, just got to sort out the leak on the drivers side. any ideas ???? :y

What exactly is this over flow.....as there i no over flow!
